VIDEO: Mayor Driscoll Takes Oath for Third Time

Salem Mayor Kim Driscoll took the oath of office for the third time Monday morning.

Salem Mayor Kimberley Driscoll was sworn in for the third time Monday morning during the Inaugural Ceremony at Collins Middle School.

Driscoll proposed the Collins Middle School as the venue for this year's ceremony to reinforce her commitment to the Salem public schools.

"The Collins Middle School is a fitting back drop as Salem swears in our elected officials,” Mayor Driscoll said in a release. “It should remind us that improving our school system and closing the achievement gap must be a top priority in the years ahead.”
