Bill, we've included a link to the bill at the end of the article. The bags that would be covered by the legislation are carry-out plastic bags, the bags you carry your groceries in or other items at a place of sale.

ReplyThe 10th saw little for notable incidents, pcd. Plenty of entries but mostly for routine items. Major incidents for the day included a report of shoplifting at Stop & Shop and a fender bender in the Starbucks parking lot.

Yes, thanks, Mike. We needed some art to run with the article about whether there is demo planned for Columbia Ave. There is no demo planned for Columbia, we have been told. This is old footage of a previous demo. And, yes, this is the demo of the property that was at Rock and Burrill. Sorry about the confusion. Terry
