ReplyGreat letter...this "ordinance" should certainly be discussed. I was made aware of this rule when I was skateboarding on Palmer Street a few years back. A police offer pulled up besides me and told me it was illegal - quite the surprise.

ReplyTwo of them on Saturday morning at about 11:30am bombing right through intersection of Washington and Derby - sounds like the same two. They went right through the busy intersection, seemingly trying to direct traffic around them.
