You do not need an "official" recycling container. Any container marked "recycling" will serve the purpose.

"Amazing" can be used to describe any amount of things. There are many gospels out there and as many believers in each of them as you can count.
These times are no more bizarre than any other that people and civilization have endured.
Time to move on, there is nothing more to see here.

National Grid, like any other business entity hires the aircraft and their pilots from companies that offer these kinds of services. They will have their staff on the bird documenting whatever is required.

Be sure also to post the links detailing how much exposure over how long a period of time is needed in order for there to actually be the sort of catastrophic results that you speak of. Be sure also to provide full sources for those links so that people can determine whether or not the entity providing that information is independent and not pushing their own agenda. This link should also include what organizations funded the study and what their affiliations are.
Should we also do an after the fact study of the senior housing at Palmer's Cove and Memorial Drive considering that they were built years ago on sites that were used as dumping grounds for various manufacturing entities over the years prior to those developments being built.
Was Mr. Blankovich there when the testing was conducted? Did he communicate directly with those who did the testing before he reached his conclusions? Did he advise the council, or lecture them?
Why do you assume that those involved in the process are not already asking these questions?
Concern is good, questions are good. Paranoia is not.

ReplyBeing concerned is fine. We should always ask questions and demand answers.
What kinds of question should be asked of Mr. Blaskovich? What is his agenda? For what reason has he become involved? Is he the be all/end all expert on this subject?
When someone needs an "expert" witness on a subject, they always insure that that one is found who shares a point of view with those in need of the "expert".
Yes, re-mediate, cap and ventilate the sight properly with the best technologies and materials available, but stop this business with the scare tactics.

If a landlord puts language into the lease in this regard and provides the proper containers he/she will be ok.
