I am a Stay at Home Mom and Holistic Health Practitioner.  I blog about parenting naturally and holistically at http://www.mummathehealer.com and here on Salem Patch.  I am a lover of Salem, especially its diversity and history.  Whether I am out with the stroller on the common, or downtown having a bite to eat, I am always in appreciation of how lucky I am to live here. I strongly believe in teaching my son the benefit of being a postive part of the community you live in.  

I am a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Reflexologist, and Practicing Herbalist.  I hold a B.A. in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College, and have been blessed to be the student of many great healers who bestow gifts of knowledge rather than certificates on paper.  My interests include attachment parenting, herbs and natural medicine, cooking with locally grown foods, and exploring the green spaces of the the North Shore

I am also a member of the Salem Patch Moms Council!  I am always ready to field questions about natural living, holistic healthcare, and attachment parenting.
