Dan Pouladian, Neighbor

Mr. Pouladian started his career in Real Estate at an early age coming from a family of Real Estate investors within the Greater Boston area. The family business, Pouladian Properties, have been active Investors, Landlords, and Property Managers since 1978. Mr. Pouladian took over the position of Site Selection and Investment Acquisitions for Pouladian Properties in 2003 and currently still holds this position. 

Mr. Pouladian became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2000 where he started his successful career as an Apartment Specialist. Understanding the aspects of being a landlord he was able to enhance his skills quickly, and soon became the highest producing Rental Agent out of 40 Associates within his office. He was promoted to office manager for 2 different offices within the Boston area where he would hire, train, and coach rental agents.

After 8 years working in the Allston/Brighton, Brookline, Back-Bay, Fenway, and Beacon Hill markets, Mr. Pouladian obtained his Broker's License in the intent of opening his own office, and took his knowledge he obtained to the North Shore where he was brought up. He now runs and manages NSRA which is involved with Buyers, Sellers, Renters, Property Management, Investments, and Joint Ventures. He serves as a Senior Advisor on all aspects of property management, marketing, and leasing. Mr. Pouladian also acts as a consultant for many local Landlords and Management Companies setting market rents for their apartments and marketing strategies.
