89% of all the trash is recycled anyway at the transfer station in north andover. what doesn't get recycled there goes to an incinerator to get sterilized and used for cap soil in a landfill. so it all gets recycled anyway no matter how you put it on the curb.

Replydid you know that north side carting recycles 89% of our trash anyway we put it out on the curb? the other 11& goes to an incinerator to be burned and then used as capping soil for landfills. so technically all of our trash gets recycled one way or the other.

Replythose missing recycle bins got recycled into storage bins in basements and garages all across this country. some even used them as planters. so you see they do have other uses other than recyclable items.

Replywhy is footprint power moving the location of the new power plant building from the footprint of the old plant? isn't that just a land waste by the owners and a kick in the face of the city of salem? yes that's right footprint power plans to locate the new plant right square in the middle of the property. look it up its public record.
