The Salem Police made the following arrests on Thursday. Timothy A. Allain, 34, of 16 Cedarcrest Ave. in Salem was arrested on a charge of violation of the city knife ordinance. Courtney Marie Arsenault, 26, of 56 Salem St. was arrested on a charge of manufacture, distribution or dispersion of a drug. She was also arrested on a warrant. Tiana L. Cardona, 24, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on a charge of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute. Jillian M.
