A man wanted in connection with a violent assault on a New Hampshire woman — and who fled sexual assault charges in Texas — was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Salem on Monday night. Arthur Huffman, 44, was wanted on an outstanding Rockingham County, N.H. arrest warrant issued on Jan. 7 for two counts of second degree assault – strangulation and kicking and simple assault. The warrant stemmed from Huffman's alleged violent assault on a female victim at a residence in Stratham, N.H. in June of 2012, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service.
