I Had to call the Salem Police when they tried to screw me over. They actually think the are comics and make rude remarks when explaining to them what the problem is.This is very unprofessional in any business. The police arrived and these flakes at SS admitted to everything and finally got my keys back once the police saw the very large puddle of leaking oil on the ground coming from my car. I did get an invoice of the repair before having it fixed and showed it to the police. It was not leaking at all when I first brought it in and I couldn't have been driving it like that unless i added a qt every 5 miles. I didn't owe them anything since I got the keys back although they keep calling my cell phone to pay for there crappy rushed work. The job was complete but had major oil leaks on the engine block probably due to poor installation. There was also a damaged cooling hose that they caused. I would not go here ever again. Stay FAR away from these guys they are trouble!
