Maria's Sweet Somethings is one shop in Salem that is always bustling with excitement. Immediately through the back door is a counter height freezer that displays 32 flavors of delicious ice cream. A small staircase in the middle of the shop leads down into chocolate heaven with fudge, chocolate dipped pretzels, truffles and even chocolate body paint. It also has great novelty items and gifts, many with wonderful, witty sayings. This shop accepts cash only for ice cream, but does accept credit cards for chocolate and gift purchases.
