Paid full price - got half the job done.
I hired Grasso Collision to have my whole car painted. They gave me a quote and I paid a cash deposit. When I picked up the car it was only spot-painted and the whole front panel was left out with all the road chips and scratches. At that point the owner said it wasn't enough money even though I had explicitly told him to paint the whole car and we had agreed on the price. I picked up the car as is but I am unhappy with their unethical treatment. Other shops had given me the same quote and I regret using Grasso and being screwed over like that. They also advertise vehicle drop-off that I had requested. They failed to do that as well. I asked the graphhics to be put back on on my car-they didn't do it. The invoice that I requested was never faxed to me as promised. On the whole, the owner didn't deliver on his promises and only did half the job at full price. Definetely not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone else to use.
I got into a car accident and took my car to Grasso for a eastamte. Steve was ver accomaditing and understanding about my situation. He worked with my insurance company and got me in a rental with in a half hour. All the paper work was filed and I had my car back in less then a week and it was in better condition then when I dropped it off...I would recomend Grasso Collision to anybody who needs paint or bady work to their car.
