well then file a complaint at salem court i would give you the money for file fees and i will pay you time off at work. only if a judge give you the right maybe the lawyer or jugde can give you some information about lemon. law. after i sold the car to your wife reported some mechanical problems and yes i have the car for about 1 week and i also offer your wife to pay a rent-car but she didnt want. i spent over 400 dollars fixing her car and never ask her for the $100,00deductible fee (find inf. on the warranty form she signed if you dont have it i can email.you 1 ) from used car dealer but this is my job i do sell cars and i give warranty. i offer her a rentar-car but she refused. i think you need to find more inf. about lemon law is on the rmv and is on the warranty paper i give her too. is obvious that you have not knowledge. please dont act so ingnorant and learn about the laws before posting non sense coments.
ps aks her who help her to fix her car few weeks ago her mechanic was asking her around $300.00 and i got her all the parts for very inexpensives
at the end she only paid 130.00

My daughter bought a 2004 Saturn Vue. It had 123,ooomi. The price was $4500.00 and with a $1500.00 down payment it made the price $3000. She drove the car and one week later she had a problem with the car they sent her to a mechanic. He fixed something but it wasn't the right problem. Then the warranty ran out and the problem still was there and Filynn motors didn't want to fix the problem, its dead,The transmission is the problem and she only went about 4000mi in total.She went to a mechanic, he looked at it and the only way to fix it properly,the whole transmission must be replace BUT they dont make this transmission anymore.She called around looking for help and all she got was nothing. She talked to the bank and they said that she owes $4500 on a car thats only worth $2000. The bank kept taking the payment after they told her to return the car back to Filynn dealer. We drove there and left it like the bank said, and Pricilla called her swearing telling my daughter that she wasn't going to pay this or fix this problem. I feel that she knew the problem exsisted before she even put the car for sale and she knew that Saturn was out of buisness and the car would never get fixed, So I reccomend that no one should buy a car from FILYNN Motors because they lied to my daughter, took advantage of a 22 yo first time car buyer. Now her credit is wrecked, Shes out over $4000 including the insurance ($4000 year) and another $4500 (the bank)AND STILL has no car Thank You

Do yourself a favor and carefuly read the used car lemom laws.Document everything.They only have a few chances to fix the car before you can return it for a refund.Every day it is out of service extends your warrenty.Read the law.

Here I am again. Its been a week since my wifes car didn't pass inspection and was taken back to Filynn to correct the problem, a two hour job,and make it right. This woman ignores our calls on her cell and at the office. Told us on Friday through a text to my wife that it could be picked up after noon on Sat.today the 23rd of June. My son and daughter have been waiting there since 12:30. She doesn't answer their calls or mine or my wifes and no one is in the office.I have a bad feeling about this and wonder what has actually happened to her car. I called her cell, left a message that if I didn't hear from her in 10-15 minutes,I would call the Salem Police and tell them I suspect the car "might" have been stolen and this woman doesn't want to acknowledge the problem. I think it would be in her best interests just to speak up about it but, apparently she is not willing to do that. Like I said in my first post, whatever you do, don't buy a car from this woman. Who knows what will happen to you.

My wife bought a car here recently and it didn't pass inspection because it was missing two sensors.Its now been 5 days since these people sent it to their mechanic and it still is not back. Installing sensors is maybe a two hour job. This woman,Phyllis Guerrero, has ignored repeated calls and does not return any of them. She even hung up on me when I finally got her to answer the phone. She wouldn't answer a simple question as to where the car is and when we would get it back. She appears to be someone that hides the truth when it is convenient for her but is happy to take your money.Buying a car here was the worst thing that my wife could have done.
