Do not do business with Backyard Depot. The owner Lane is a jerk. he's rude, dishonest and sold us a stove that never worked. He hired us his contractor who is now sueing him for lost wages and we are stuck with a gas stove that doesn't work. He never returns our calls, yelled at me when I met him in person and then promised to do right by us. He refused to take it back and has never returned a single call.He makes all kinds of excuses and then tells you about his daughter's new porsch. He's a scumbag. Dont shop here.

I don't know how this guy stays in business. He clearly couldn't care less about his reputation or the unsuspecting customers that he tries to screw over. I was lucky enough to have paid by credit card, and was able to convince Visa to stop payment of over $4000.00 dollars. It took almost a year before I was finally rid of this BULLY. Please do your homework and go to a reputable business owner with a conscience.
Backyard depot damaged our fence during a delivery in April. We called the day of the accident and the store manager stated that he would call his insurance to take care of it. Several weeks later we followed up with his insurance directly to find he had not reported the damage at all. The owner has been super shady about everything and we are still trying to get them to cover the cost of the damage and it is now Sept. We are filling with Better Business and the Attorney General's Office on Monday
