When you use a repair shop recommended by your insurance co the work is usually gaurenteed

Went to Allied because my insurance company said they were close by. Chris, whom after months of interaction, can only be described as socially inept, greeted me. The car took the quoted time to be "completed", however, Was it REALLY back to a "Pre-drunk girl crashing into my parked car"state? Absolutely NOT! The car was pulling to the right with a peculiar sound coming from the front end. and with what could only seem to be an attitude of annoyance, my guess is due to the fact that he still had to "deal" with me. he says in a snide tone, "I'll take a look at it, I'll call you when it's done."Miraculously, at 4:59 the car was "ALL SET". Well let me tell you, I really think they just let the car sit where I parked it all day. "NOTHING" was different. At this point I'm frustrated and throw my hands up in defeat. Flash forward a few months, And now the little noise has grown to a sound louder than the stereo. So I take it back AGAIN. I get the same snide attitude. He clearly doesn't care to really listen to the words I'm speaking. Tells me it wasn't from the accident. Which is complete B.S! The car was just fine before all this. The conversation ends with him telling me, "to get a job!!, And, "what the hell do you know". All while gloating about his amazing 20 years experience. All cause he didn't like hearing me say the car was never totally fixed. Maybe auto-body shops aren't supposed to fix cars, They're just supposed to ABSORB THE INSURANCE MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE!! Crooks!!
