3. Head Down to the Biz Baz: Salem's Haunted Biz Baz Street Fairwill take place Saturday and Sunday Oct. 5 and 6 at the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall. The event, sponsored by the Salem Chamber of Commerce, will take place rain or shine and will feature more than 80 vendors selling a wide range of products. The Biz Baz Street Fair will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. 4. Paint a Pumpkin: The Artists Row Free Pumpkin Painting Party, presented by S.C.A.M. Serendipitish and Social Palates, will take place Friday beginning at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature treats from the lobster shanty, spooky sounds and face painting.
5. Fly With the Greatest of Ease: A Fearless Flyers Academytrapeze has been erected at Leslie's Retreat Park in Salem and area residents are now invited to attend aerial arts classes.
