Community Update

Wow, the owner of Red Lyon Smoke Shop is rude, rude, rude. I recently purchasing an MBTA Charlie Card that turned out to be inactive. It had a non-functioning serial number. When I returned to the store the owner was called out to assist me. What Mike did was to berate me in front of his employees and other customers and refuse to exchange the card with the bad number. So I have a card that can not be used on-line. Mike could not have been less helpful or friendly. He clearly has no sense of who the customer is. I can go on and on about this bad experience but I won't. I just want to be sure that others don't have to endure the same experience that I did. The owner is rude, rude, rude.
