If Your Trash Wasn't Picked Up Thursday, Just Leave it Out

Due to a larger-than-usual amount of trash and recycling, many streets on the Thursday trash route in Salem were unable to be completed.

The streets listed below will be picked up beginning early tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 10th.

"We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and patience," the announcement read. "Please leave any remaining trash and recycling not picked up today out at your curb for tomorrow."

Impacted Streets: Butler, Scotia, Henry, Wall, Berube, Ober, Summit, Rawlins,  Maple, Shillaber, Burke, Ord Street, Ord Court, Bow, Aborn, Logan, Abbot, Hillside, Hilton, Rockdale, Alba, Belleview, Pierpont, Bedford, Frederick, Border, Pope, Putnam, Looney, Hillside, Heritage, Varney, Bemis, Hanson, Albion, Nichols, May.
