A Look Ahead: Salem's Proposed $45M Dodge Street Development

Check out these computer renderings of a proposed $45 million development on Dodge Street in downtown Salem.

At their meeting at City Hall Tuesday night, Salem city councilors decided to keep a public hearing regarding a proposed $45 million development on Dodge Street open until their next full meeting July 18.

Representatives of the Somerville-based developer RCG offered up a PowerPoint presentation laying out plans for the proposed six-story building, which is expected to house a hotel, retail spaces, offices and housing units.

Click through the photos above for a closer look at some computer renderings of the proposed building that were presented at Tuesday night's meeting. (Apologies for the quality, these are photos taken of a slide presentation in progress.)
