CORRECTED: Van Driver Arrested After Boston Street Bicycle Accident

The 16-year-old victim was hit by a van driven by Mota then landed under a truck.

A Salem man was arrested after an accident involving a bicyclist at Boston and Federal streets Wednesday afternoon.

Trazilbo DePaula Mota, 46, of 168 Boston St. was arrested on a charge of operating without a license.

A 16-year-old bicyclist was hit by the van Mota was driving and landed under a truck.

State Police were involved in the accident investigation.
