Threats to Cut Man's Throat Allegedly Made at O'Neill's

made the following arrests and responded to the following calls on Sunday and Monday.

Sunday, March 25

5:23 p.m. — A person yelling at a door was reported on Cross Street. Police said a woman could not get into her house. Her boyfriend was contacted and he let her in.

6:13 p.m. — A man said he was threatened at . Police said the man reported another man walked up to him and told him to stay away from a particular woman or he would cut his throat. The man said he had never seen the man before. He also told police the incident happened at approximately 5 p.m., but he didn't call and went back to drinking his beer. Police contacted the man who made the alleged threat, and he told them he never threatened the man, but told him to stay away from his girlfriend.

6:24 p.m. — A person foaming at the mouth was reported on Wharf Street.

6:31 p.m. — Police responded to the station on a report of an unarmed robbery. When they arrived, police said they learned the incident had occurred in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Peabody.

9:01 p.m. — A person throwing food was reported at . Police said when they arrived, they spoke with a woman who was allegedly having a dispute with an employee at Wendy's about trying to order food. The customer denied throwing food. The woman was told not to come back. When they spoke with the employee, police said the staff member told them she had a verbal dispute with the customer and that the customer "threw some ice cream at her but did miss." The employee was told to call back if the woman returned.

Monday, March 26

8:02 a.m. — Police received a call about fraud on Freedom Hollow Road. A man told police his Chase Master Card had been breached.

9:09 a.m. — A man checking car doors was reported on Lafayette Street. The area was checked, but he was not located, police said.

10:30 a.m. — A woman down was reported on First Street. When the officer arrived, police said the woman "was dancing on the sidewalk and not in need of any medical attention."

12:18 p.m. — Police received a call someone drove off from a Boston Street gas station without paying. The person pumped $71 in fuel, police said.

2:32 p.m. — Police received a call a man had too much to drink in the Tavern at the . He was placed into protective custody.

3:01 p.m. — A purse was found on the train tracks by Bridge Street.

3:16 p.m. — Harassment was reported at .

Monday Arrests

Felipa S. Pena, 60, of 12 Pope St., was arrested on a shoplifting charge.

Maria M. Rosario, 45, of 12 Pope St., was arrested on a shoplifting charge.
