Salem Police Make 7 Arrests
The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The Salem Police made the following arrests on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday, Oct 22
Jason Baez, 17, of 3 Beach Road in Lynn was arrested on charges of larceny of property over $250, larceny from a person, threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.
Michael John Dumais, 29, of 16 Lathrop St. was arrested on charges of uttering a false prescription, forgery and receiving stolen property.
A 33-year-old Woodbury Ct. man was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery and attempted murder. Editor's Note: These charges were later dropped.
Daniel Austin Jacques, 32, of 3 Skerry St was arrested on a warrant.
Joseph A. Pinto, 26, of 12 Pope St. was arrested on a warrant.
Tuesday, Oct. 23
Tracie Devito, 39, of 133 Western Ave. in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.
Jesse Paul Silva, 24, of 60 Fulton St. in Peabody was arrested on charges of operating after a license suspension, operating negligently, passing where prohibited, speeding, receiving stolen property, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle.
