Salem Police Make 5 Arrests

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Salem Police made the following arrests on Monday and Tuesday.

Monday, Oct. 15

Piotor Kocizewski, 19, of 31 Symonds St. was arrested on a charge of failing to stop for police.

Christopher L. Rice, 39, of 277 Lafayette St. was arrested on a domestic assault and battery charge.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

Michael Philip Jones, 26, of 79 Sagamore St. in Revere was arrested on two warrants.

Piotor Kocizewski, 19, of 31 Symonds St. was arrested on charges of assault and battery by a dangerous weapon, operating recklessly, violation of the city knife ordinance, speeding and a red light or stop sign violation.

Mary Brennan Strong, 49, of 1 Washington St. was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.
