Salem Police Make 10 Arrests

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Salem Police made the following arrests on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

Terrence Daniel Carter, 21, of 48 Pond St. in Beverly was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a class A substance and operating without being licensed.

Jonathan Lara, 23, of 15 Lynnwood Place in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.

Nicholas J. Linear, 23, of 17 Pope St. was arrested on a warrant.

Craig M. Marciano, 26, of 37 Maple Ave. in Woburn was arrested on a domestic assault and battery charge.

David A. Perry Jr., 17, of 21 Laurel St. was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

Ryan Patrick Cunniff, 23, of 11 Fairfield St. was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Kathryn Ann Flaherty, 51, of 43 Boston St. was arrested on a trespassing charge.

Patricia Ann Garcia, 37, of 224 Jenness St. in Lynn was arrested on charges of unarmed robbery, assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and shoplifting.

Robert Philip Jackson, 22, of 11 Fairfield St. was arrested on charges of failing to stop for police, a one-way street violation, a red-light or stop sign violation, operating negligently, two counts of leaving the scene after property damage, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and speeding.

Elizabeth M. London, 29, of 16 Landers St. in Lynn was arrested on charges of unarmed robbery, assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and shoplifting.
