Pair Charged With Throwing Rocks at Cars

Wednesday, Aug. 14

  • At 8:10 p.m., police responded to a report of people throwing rocks at cars on Franklin Street. Ryan N. Seavey, 24, of 33 Fairmount Ave., Saugus, was arrested on charges of trespassing and malicious destruction of property valued above $250. Ryan D. Anastos, 23, of 6 Becket St., Saugus, was arrested on charges of trespassing and malicious destruction of property valued above $250.

Thursday, Aug. 15

  • At 12:24 .m., police responded to a report of a loud group on Ward Street.
  • At 1:36 a.m., police responded to a past assault on West Avenue.
  • At 8:34 a.m., police responded to a dispute on Gedney Street.
  • At 10:14 a.m., police responded to a report of fresh graffiti on Jefferson Avenue.
  • At 10:48 a.m., police responded to a report of kids throwing rocks at a building on Highland Avenue.
  • At 12:29 p.m., police responded to a dispute between neighbors on Story Street.
  • At 1:04 p.m., police responded to a dispute on Rawlins Street.
  • At 2:25 p.m., police responded to a report of fresh graffiti on Jefferson Avenue.
  • At 2:49 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Highland Avenue.
  • At 3:21 p.m., a Church Street resident entered the police station to report receiving a call from a phone scammer claiming to be from the FBI.
  • At 4:10 p.m., police responded to a report of a loose pit-bull on Purchase Street.
