Salem Police Break Up Brawl Outside The Black Lobster

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police Department's log: 

Tuesday, Nov. 26

  • At 4:15 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious packages spread around the Broad Street Cemetery.
  • At 6:52 p.m., police responded to a customer dispute on Derby Street.
  • At 7:16 p.m., police made an arrest near the intersection of Lafayette and Harbor streets. Christopher R. Muolo, 25, of 131 Cottage St., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and for violating the city's knife ordinance.
  • At 7:39 p.m., police responded to a reported break-in at a home on Butler Street.
  • At 8:28 p.m., police responded to a medical overdose on Lafayette Street.
  • At 9:04 p.m., police responded to a medical overdose on North Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

  • At 2:54 a.m., police responded to a break-in on Loring Avenue.
  • At 8:17 a.m., a Raymond Road man entered the police station to report that his firearm had gone missing or been stolen.
  • At 9:34 a.m., a woman entered the police station to turn herself in. Alexsandra M. Vicente, 23, of 187 North St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
  • At 10:55 a.m., police responded to a past break-in on Linden Street.
  • At 11:44 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Brittania Circle. Calvin L. Bailey, 61, of 9 Brittania Circle, Salem, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
  • At 1:22 p.m., police responded to a past break-in on Loring Avenue.
  • At 5:19 p.m., police responded to a domestic assault and battery on Perkins Street.
  • At 6:20 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Derby Street.
  • At 6:27 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Prince Street. Juan P. Fernandez, 33, of 42 Peabody St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of illegally possessing a class B substance (cocaine).
  • At 9:13 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Gardner Street. Theodore E. Giesbrandt, 34, of 5 Gardner St., Salem, was arrested on two counts of domestic assault and battery and a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
  • At 10:38 p.m., police responded to a report of a man with a rifle on Phelps Street. Police were unable to locate anyone suspicious in the area.
  • At 11:28 p.m., police responded to a dispute between landlord and tenant on Ropes Street.

Thursday, Nov. 28

  • At 12:50 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute near the intersection of Boardman and Webb streets.
  • At 12:56 a.m., police responded to a large fight outside of The Black Lobster on Bridge Street. Responding officers reportedly found a crowd of between 50 and 75 people watching two men fight in the parking lot. London Burton, 21, of 7 Central St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. William J. Keenan, 24, of 82 Webb St., Salem, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery. Matthew N. Pereira, 21, of 64 Butler St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
  • At 1:34 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Bridge Street.
  • At 2:02 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Mason Street. Brandon D. Dixon Jr., 26, of 101 Mason St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness.
Other Arrest:

Sean C. Dolan, 38, of 6 Surf Lane, Kennebunk, Maine, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery on a person over the age of 60.
