Tuesday, Feb. 4

  • At 7:57 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Pope Street.
  • At 8:09 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Church Street.
  • At 9:12 p.m., police responded to a report of a possible break-in on Hawthorne Boulevard.
  • At 11:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a man offering to pay for people's gas with a credit card at the Citgo station on North Street.
  • At 11:43 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Tremont Street.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

  • At 12:05 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Hardy Street.
  • At 12:12 a.m., police responded to a report of a man looking into vehicles on Essex Street.
  • At 12:18 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Heritage Drive.
  • At 12:28 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Tremont Street. Shad W. Ventura, 35, of 56 Tremont St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.
  • At 12:52 a.m., police responded to a report of a fight in the street on Essex Street.
  • At 1:07 a.m., police responded to a report of stolen bicycle on Prince Street Place.
  • At 1:40 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Upham Street.
  • At 2:34 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Herbert Street.
  • At 3:51 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Geneva Street.
  • At 3:59 a.m., Salem State University police made an arrest on Loring Avenue. Aquinnah L. Pocknett, 22, of 9 Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, was arrested on charges of assault and battery and disturbing the peace.
  • At 4:12 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Geneva Street.
  • At 9:11 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Lynde Street.
  • At 9:23 a.m., a Bay View Avenue resident called police to report that a plow driver had damaged their bushes.
  • At 12:13 p.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident involving a police cruiser on Loring Avenue.
  • At 1:03 p.m., police responded to a dispute on Aborn Street.
  • At 1:18 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Surrey Road.
  • At 2:00 p.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Congress Street.
  • At 2:10 p.m., a woman entered the police station to report a past domestic incident on Jefferson Avenue. Philip D. Renard III, 26, of 36 Elwin St., Swampscott, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
  • At 2:25 p.m., police responded to a dispute over snow on Bridge Street.
  • At 2:27 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Beaver Street.
  • At 2:30 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Pioneer Terrace.
  • At 2:46 p.m., police responded to a dispute on Becket Avenue.
  • At 2:48 p.m., police responded to a dispute over snow removal on Dearborn Street.
  • At 2:52 p.m., police responded to a report of an erratic plow driver on Sylvan Street.
  • At 3:03 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on First Street.
  • At 4:01 p.m., police responded to out-of-control snow-ballers on Barr Street.
