A Salem Taxi Co. driver drove into and over a sign in my businesses' parking lot, destroying it. He promised to return and repair it. That happened over a year ago. Still waiting... These taxi drivers have no rule of conduct, and have no shame. No turn indicators, cutting in front of you, repeatedly honking horns to alert a pick up at 7 am: these guys need to be stopped!

I've had many drivers chatting away on their cell phones while driving and a couple of near accidents.
