Monday, March 10

  • At 4:17 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious package on Hayes Road.
  • At 5:07 p.m., police responded to a past larceny on Orne Square.
  • At 5:13 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Essex Street.
  • At 5:44 p.m., police made an arrest on Congress Street. Dawn L. Austin, 42, of 92 Congress St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 5:58 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Essex Street.
  • At 6:13 p.m., police responded to a dog complaint on Bryant Street.
  • At 6:39 p.m., police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Traders Way.
  • At 6:51 p.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Traders Way.
  • At 8:30 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Gerrish Place.
  • At 8:38 p.m., police made an arrest on Lafayette Street. Toby W. Gallagher, 34, of 116 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having four outstanding warrants.
  • At 10:33 p.m., police made an arrest on Cabot Street. Corey M. Inglis, 25, of 18 Cabot St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 11:31 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Highland Avenue.

Tuesday, March 11

  • At 6:44 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Connors Road.
  • At 8:10 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Boston Street.
  • At 9:24 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Lemon Street.
  • At 11:54 a.m., police responded to a dispute on Perkins Street.
  • At 11:54 a.m., police responded to a dog complaint on Boston Street.
  • At 1:24 p.m., police responded to a past larceny on Highland Avenue.
  • At 1:44 p.m., police responded to a report of possible drug activity on Central Street.
  • At 2:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a counterfeit $10 bill at the Market Basket on Highland Avenue.
  • at 2:19 p.m., police made an arrest on Pope Street. Alioune N. Seck, 34, of 12 Pope St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 3:29 p.m., police responded to a report of malicious damage to a motor vehicle on Washington Street.
  • At 3:38 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Highland Avenue. Donna R. Beatrice, 59, of 12 Intervale Road, Marblehead, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting merchandise by concealment.
Other Arrest

Gener A. Gonzalez, 19, of 40 Park St., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
