Salem Police Make Warrant Arrest on Margin Street

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police Department's log: 


Tuesday, Dec. 10:

• At 4:16 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on North Street.
• At 4:46 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious item found in an apartment on First Street.
• At 6:54 p.m., police responded to a dispute between landlord and tenant on Dunlap Street.
• At 8:19 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Linden Street. Eric J. Huguley, 28, of 2 Fasdick Terrace, Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  
• At 8:41 p.m., police responded to a dispute on Paradise Road.
• At 8:49 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rainbow Terrace.
• At 8:57 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Bridge Street.
• At 10:49 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Federal Street. 

Wednesday, Dec. 11: 

• At 12:00 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Derby Street.
• At 7:29 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle near the intersection of Mill and Margin streets. Kimberly M. Doran, 37, of 260 Washington St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
• At 10:18 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Essex Street.
• At 10:31 a.m., police responded to a report of a broken window on Marlborough Road.
• At 11:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a man walking on the train tracks near Bridge Street.
• At 11:11 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Courageous Court.
• At 1:30 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Jefferson Avenue.
• At 1:45 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Bridge Street.
• At 2:44 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Loring Avenue. James R. Gatchell, 33, of 112 Green St., Lynn, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  

Other Arrests:

John J. Lapointe, 55, of the streets of Salem, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.

Kayla M. Lugo, 19, of 71 Hathorne St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.
