Salem Police Investigating MetroPCS Robbery

Salem detectives are looking into a break-in at a local MetroPCS office.


Salem police are investigating a break-in that occurred at the MetroPCS office on Highland Avenue sometime Monday night. 

At 8:14 a.m. Tuesday, local police officers responded to the MetroPCS cell phone shop at 300 Highland Ave. after the manager discovered that a rear door had been jimmied open.

The manager reportedly told police that $55 in cash, blank bank checks and 40 cell phones were stolen during the break-in.
