We dump untold millions of your money into the Trial Court system and this happens repeatedly. In the dreaded private sector when something goes horribly wrong we have an after action review where we figure out what went wrong, why it went wrong, how we fixed it, and how we are preventing it from occurring again in the future. After the last escape you would think the Trial Court would review their prisoner handling procedure to see where the problems lie.

The court system in Massachusetts is underfunded by $24 million. Just how would the private sector hadle that shortfall? By shipping the jobs overseas?
