Well I guess he is dressed like a woman!! Looks like he took his mothers clothes too!! Or went to a thrift store and pick up a few items!! Because what he is wearing is most definitely out of style by about 20 plus years!! If I were investigating this crime I would finding all the clothes donation boxes and looking to see if there is any surveillance cameras in the area that could possibly catch a person going through one of those bins and taking clothing like that. Or if someone possibly dumped clothing like that into one of those bins! But that is just my opinion!!

why is it if he's robbing a bank he's a cross dressing man....but if he were applying for a job with the state, he'd be a transgendered applicant with minority status and a letter of recommendation from Lizzie Warren???
