Police Say Man Had Heroin at CVS

5:28 p.m. — A dog was found at Washington Square East and Andrew Street.

5:29 p.m. — Police said a dog was found on Rockdale Avenue.

5:55 p.m. — A hypodermic needle was found on Boston Street and disposed of.

7:09 p.m. — A tree limb down in the street was reported on Salem Street.

8:08 p.m. — Police said a suspicious man was reported on New Derby Street. A woman told police a man had illegal pills on him and he had offered some to her. Police found the man in Walgreens, and while they were trying to speak to him, "he became loud and several people in the the store were alarmed about his screaming." Police said was arrested for disorderly conduct. After an investigation, , who also had made conduct with police, was arrested.

10:31 p.m. — Police said a broken window caused by the wind was reported on North Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 19

1:05 a.m. — Police said an officer responded to Mason and Grove streets on a call about a disturbance. A woman was intoxicated in the heavy wind and rain without shoes, police said. The woman was placed into protective custody.

8:15 a.m. — Malicious damage to a vehicle was reported on Washington Street.

9:29 a.m. — An undesirable standing in the drive-thru was reported at 426 Essex St. (). Police said it was reported the man was possibly under the influence. After speaking to the man and a brief investigation, was arrested on a heroin possession charge.

11:25 p.m. — Three men running behind a vacant building were reported on Federal Street Court.

2:17 p.m. — A possible stabbing victim walked into the emergency room at
