Police Make 8 Thursday Arrests
The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The Salem Police made the following arrests on Thursday.
Timothy A. Allain, 34, of 16 Cedarcrest Ave. in Salem was arrested on a charge of violation of the city knife ordinance.
Courtney Marie Arsenault, 26, of 56 Salem St. was arrested on a charge of manufacture, distribution or dispersion of a drug. She was also arrested on a warrant.
Tiana L. Cardona, 24, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on a charge of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
Jillian M. Carlisle, 48, of 72 Derby St. was arrested on three counts of illegal possession of a class E substance, two counts of illegal possession of a class C substance, one count of illegal possession of a class B substance and leaving the scene after property damage.
Elspeth Sarah Donnelly, 24, who is listed as homeless was arrested on a warrant.
Christopher Jones Jr., 19, of 26 Shillaber St. was arrested on a warrant.
Ian Karl Klanfer, 30, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on a warrant.
Ryan M. Ortiz, 19, of 4 Crestview Dr. in Malden was arrested on a charge of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
