Police Hunt Suspect In Attempted Purse Snatching
Male suspect reportedly attempted to steal purse near Hess Station, fled toward Bridge Street.
Salem Police are searching for a man who attempted to steal a woman’s purse near the Hess Station at the North River.
Additional information is expected from police later in the day. For now, scanner reports cited on Twitter say the suspect was wearing blue clothes and fled toward Bridge Street.
