Neighbor Allegedly Says He'll Record Family

The Salem Police responded to the following calls and made the following arrests on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday, Sept. 29

5:50 a.m. — A motor vehicle on fire was reported on Loring Avenue.

6:34 a.m. — A dispute between neighbors was reported on Manning Street. A woman said her neighbor said he was recording her and is going to record everyone in her family.

7:31 p.m. — Police said a woman yelling for help was reported on Lafayette Street. They could not find anything suspicious, but police notified Salem State in case the person in question is located at the college.

9:07 p.m. — A loud 30th birthday party was reported at Essex and Hardy streets.

9:49 p.m. — Police said a man was placed under arrest after he was seen "acting in an aggressive and disorderly manner on Derby Street."

Saturday Arrests

Joseph M. Cabozzi, 22, of 248 Washington St. was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, illegal police of a class B substance and violation of the city knife ordinance.

Ruddy J. Santana, 19, of 104 Grant St. in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.

Robert Edward Sheridan, 44, of 21 Leavitt St. was arrested on two assault and battery charges.

Sunday, Sept. 30

12:17 a.m. —  A loud group was reported in front of Bangkok Paradise. Police said there was just a group of friends talking.

1 a.m. — A possible fight outside Bangkok Paradise was reported. Police said there was no fight, and the people were moved along.

2:13 a.m. — Police said a loud group in a backyard was reported on Bridge Street.

3:06 a.m. — Police responded to Chase Street twice on a report of a loud party. Police said a noise citation violation was issued.

6:46 a.m. — Threats were reported on Boston Street.

9:33 a.m. — Police said an Essex Street house was egged.

12:53 p.m. — An accident involving six vehicles was reported on Heritage Drive.

1:15 p.m. — A possible fire in the woods was reported near First Street. Police said the fire was put out, and it was a small fire of newspapers.

Sunday Arrests

Elizabeth M. Johnson, 20, of 61 Washington St. in Wellesley was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction of fire or police and resisting arrest.

Anthony Lopez-Piris, 29, of 106 Lafayette St. was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle after a license suspension.

Hannah J. Miller, 20, of 104 Irving St. in Everett was arrested on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer.
