Yale Frat Sued Over Fatal Tailgate Accident

Nancy Barry was killed at the Yale-Harvard football game in 2011.

The family of a Salem woman killed in a fatal accident at the 2011 Yale-Harvard football game is suing 86 current and former members of Yale's Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, WCVB News is reporting.

Nancy Barry, 30, was killed and two people injured in New Haven after a U-Haul loaded with beer kegs accelerated in a parking lot being used for tailgate facilities.
Barry's family is saying that insurance for the national Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter doesn't cover the local chapter, so they have to sue the local fraternity and its members, according to the report.
