Employee Finds Marijuana at Red Lion

The responded to the following calls on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Tuesday, July 24

4 p.m. — A dispute between a landlord and tenant was reported on Boston Street.

4:52 p.m. — A past break-in on Kernwood Street was reported. Police said a man was witnessed going through a car, and ran to a waiting vehicle when someone called out. 

4:59 p.m. — Police received a call an employee of the found a small glassine baggy containing what appeared to be marijuana. Police took possession of the contraband.

5:23 p.m. — Police said a hypodermic needle was found on Margin Street. 

7:48 p.m. — A man climbing netting was reported on Leavitt Street. 

8:59 p.m. — An intoxicated man on the train was reported to police. A women side the man had touched her necklace and had been calling people names. The man was taken into protective custody. 

9:05 p.m. — Police received a call a man was throated at on Traders Way. A man said two men tried to start a fight and "reached into his waist" several times. The man said he didn't see any weapons, but he left the area. Police weren't able to locate the suspect.

Wednesday, July 25

12:14 a.m. — Loud music was reported on Frederick Street. 

2:30 a.m. — Police said they received harassing phone calls to the police station from Broad Street. 

9:06 a.m. — A pit bull off its leash was reported on Warner Street.

10:23 a.m. — Illegal dumping was reported on Orne Street.

11:56 a.m. — Undesirables hanging out were reported on Dodge Street Court. Police said one man fell over and was taken into protective custody.

3:53 p.m. — Larceny of a bicycle was reported at .
