The Salem Fire Department posted the photo above to their official Twitter page Tuesday.

The photo was accompanied by the message: "New Tower is undergoing final testing. Delivery set for Sept @MayorDriscoll, collaborative effort FFs,Chief,mayor pic.twitter.com/tRhgYlJENq"

The city's new $1.1 million fire truck was designed and built by Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wisc.
