Zero Tolerance Trespass Order Issued for Alleged Black Lobster Combatants

A zero tolerance trespass order was issued Wednesday evening, according to police.

A recent Salem Licensing Board hearing regarding a brawl outside of The Black Lobster in November has prompted the restaurant's manager to issue a zero-tolerance trespass order for the alleged combatants.

According to tonight's police log post, at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday, a zero tolerance trespass order was issued to the three men arrested that night.

The order means the three men are banned for six months from the 27 restaurants that participate in the city's Zero Tolerance Program.

London Burton, 21, of 7 Central St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. William J. Keenan, 24, of 82 Webb St., Salem, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery. Matthew N. Pereira, 21, of 64 Butler St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
