re: 2 seperate incidents of men yelling in the street on Derby Street. this is old news!! or, maybe just the only 2 that have been reported. i live off of Derby Street & work at night, so i am coming home late night. just about every night when the crowd is leaving Murphy's, there are people yelling & wandering in the street. further down Derby, same thing at The Pig. should be more patrol for noise & drunks & general nuisance.
