New Director for DCF what a JOKE!!!

Oh so lets appoint someone who was once the chief of staff at the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. A department in Massachusetts that is known to have the rudest public employees in the Commonwealth.  Because certainly part of the problem is that the current social workers that are employed by DCF have not been sufficiently train in how to be effectively rude and boorish to the general public.  The proof of this is in this one little fact.

Have you ever made a complaint about being treated rudely one of the people at the DMV?  Ever make a complaint about that person giving you misinformation intentionally?  Causing you to lose two days of work instead of one?  NO?  Why not?  Well because you know that the process to make a complain takes forever.  And if you ever get through to someone to talk to they will just tell you to put it in writing and send it to such and such address.  You do that and then follow up on it and find that your complaint was never received! So you again send it out and this goes on and on until the DMV person you are making the complaint about retires or you just get sick and tired of spending so much money on stamps sending a complaint that you finally realize is never going to get any further then the trash can of the mailroom at the DMV address you are sending it too!!!  

So………. If this new director of DCF can teach the Social Workers to be effectively rude like the DMV workers.  Well, we will no longer hear about all the REALLY BAD things going on in that department.  We won't be told, as the Taxpayers who support that department, that the individuals who work in DCF NEVER follow any of the written policies.  They all do whatever they want to.

It has been that way for well over 50 years.  I know because I grew up and survived for 4+ very long years in what was known as one of the 10 worst foster homes in the State of Massachusetts back in 1972 - 73. (that is when my brothers and sister and I were finally rescued, but that nightmare home wasn’t shut down until 1974 when the monster sexually assaulted a non foster child) And the things that went on back then that allowed this Monster to run this horrible place continue to go on to this day.  As an adult I have testified on Beacon hill about the Problems within FFC/DSS/DCF and NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGE! Except for the name of the department. And I continue to call and tell those that state they want to change DCF.  And I have told them where the problems are in their policies and practices.  But yet NOTHING CHANGES!!!! just the name!!!

Pity all the children that are left in or kidnapped by this department! Pity all the families that are traumatized by this department unnecessarily, when you hear in the news there is a baby that has died because DCF didn't protect that child like they SHOULD have!!! That they didn't give that family the services they should have, perhaps because they were too busy kidnapping someone's child that didn't need to be stolen from their home.  And maybe that child didn't need to be taken from their home, but that DCF social worker happens to have a friend who in not only in need of some financial assistance but OMG they just happen to be an available temporary foster home. And hey they can kill two birds with one stone with the emergency removal and placement of this child.   SO lets traumatize this child and family, don’t worry, you will get to appear in court within 72 hours or on Monday whichever comes first.  But watch your mouth and your actions because the very last thing you want to do is appear to be upset and emotional over the fact that your child has been stolen and hidden from you for over 72 hours.  The DCF social worker will tell the judge that you are obviously mentally unfit to be parenting a child.   ( Think this isn't the way it goes? Look at the Connecticut case? That Social worker has been hell bent on keeping that girl away from her parents, simply because those parents let that worker know exactly how they felt about DCF interfering in any parenting decisions regarding their sick daughter.  They asserted what they thought were their rights as parents!!! Boy were they wrong!!!  Big mistake pissing off a DCF social worker!!! THis social worker tells the DCF lawyer what to tell the Judge and the Judge does exactly what the DCF social worker recommends! END OF STORY!!! )  And that is the reality of the situation.  

It isn't what is in the best interest of the child, it never has been!  It is what does the DCF Social worker want to do! The Judges never go out and look at the situation themselves, They don't hire private workers to go and check out the situation to see if they are being told the truth! They just believe the Social Worker.  After all in Juvenile court when it’s a parent’s word against a DCF Social Worker it is a known fact that all Parents are liars and are never to be believed no matter what proof or evidence is offered! Those are the rules in the juvenile court as dictated by DCF!!! .

    Every single parent in this state should be scare to hell that we support a department that has the ability to walk into your home with a Police Officer and remove your children based on possible hearsay!!! Which could be something the Social Worker made up themselves!!! Oh don’t worry you can get your kid back in 72 hours!!! But for those 72 hours you will have no idea where or who has your child.  You won’t know what is being said or done to your child.  And isn’t that just too bad!!!  Tell it to the judge when you get there.  And after your child is traumatized by DCF they will walk away like nothing ever happened.  You will pay the bills for all the years of therapy your child will need due to this unnecessary trauma caused by some DCF social worker that you unfortunately pissed off or perhaps is best friends with someone that has decided to use this system to seek revenge against you and your family.  Think it doesn’t happen?  It does everyday.  

You have workers saying they are overworked and underpaid.  But there is a very good chance some of those workers have caused problems for themselves.  Where they have over reacted in a vicious manner against an individual that they have taken a personal dislike to. And have allowed a case that truly is in need of Emergency Services to slip through and fall into that big black hole of DCF lost cases.   

So I give EVERY SINGLE PARENT IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS FAIR WARNING!!!!    NEVER, EVER PISS OFF A DCF SOCIAL WORKER IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN.  IF YOU DO YOU MOST CERTAINLY WILL LOSE YOUR CHILDREN.  AND YOU WILL BE IN FOR THE FIGHT OF YOUR LIFE TO GET THEM BACK!!!!     AND NEVER FORGET THIS FACT:   DCF SOCIAL WORKERS DO LIE!!! ALL THE TIME! That is why they are NEVER WRONG or HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!
