Curbside garbage recycle
This is the craziest idea I have ever heard of. Salem did this 50 years ago and it was disgusting. Has anyone given any thought as to the impact of people rinsing these containers to control the stench? Where do they get rinsed,at the curb in the street? This will result in a hugh increase in rodent problems and I hope my neighbors will not participate. What in the world is happening to this city?
