Eat This! Grilled Chicken Spinach and Ricotta Pizza (quick)
This week is my newest obsession : “365” brand whole wheat organic pizza crust. http://www.fooducate.com/app#page=product&id=15956158-375F-11E0-A55F-1231380C180E You can find it at Whole Foods its delicious and it’s like 170 calories for a ¼ of the pizza!
As most of my friends know I have lost tons of weight by simply making a few changes like cutting out white and processed foods. And for months I have been making my own whole wheat pizza crust which, lets face it , after working 40 hours and taking care of a two year old has completely lost its appeal ..A friend recommended this pizza crust and I have to say..it is seriously amazing! The ingredient list is all organic it is a short list and includes all the same things I would use to make my own…
So last night for the second time in a 5 day period I made a delicious low fat ricotta grilled chicken and spinach pizza! It is one of my favorite pizza flavor profiles its healthy and filling. I promise you will not feel the slightest bit guilty using this in place of your own homemade pizza dough! (The pack comes with two crusts so I recommend freezing the second one until you are ready to use.)
