EAT THIS!-Emergency Recovery from the Holidays!

A Slenderizing Winter Gazpacho Soup just in time to help you fit into your New Year's outfit!

I was sitting  in my bed this morning ,waiting for the bulldozer to
arrive that will be smashing open my bedroom wall to remove me by crane from my
house because I have been on a non-stop holiday binge! I arrived at work today
in my YOGA PANTS(because that is all I can fit into)armed with 8 cups of cut
fruit and a Box-of- Joe from Dunkin donuts to try to counter act the rediculous
amount of eating that has taken place over a 4 day period. My email and cell
phone have been flooded with requests for some yummy ideas to help people undo
the damage from this past weekend so that they will be able to fit into their
New Years Outfits. So being in the food industry I used to travel a lot for
shoots. These were 14 hour days spent on set noshing on crap for the most part
and then over eating and drinking at the end of the day. A typical shoot would
last about 10 days. Then I would come home 5-7 lbs bigger and had less than a
week before we went on location again. So it was imperative that I loose what
ever I gained before I was subject to another round of crap eating. It really
only takes 3 days for the most part to drop the water weight and a couple extra
pounds. I had a routine that I would start the next moring when I came home.
(It’s really nothing that you havent heard before) But the first day I would
just flush my system out with a day of Fruit and coffee. I would spend the
whole day just eating watermelon and cantalope , strawberries grapefruit and
pineapple. This would really help counter act the bloat and would just fill me
up with a steady sream of fiber . Day two I would incorperate eggs. Just a
couple hard boiled eggs in the a.m. with coffee and fruit and then more fruit
through out the day. At night I would literally just eat bowl after bowl of my
Skinny Gazpacho Soup* its basically like drinking a salad. It literally is made in a blender and  its chalk
full of veggies and a welcomed tangy change . You can literally eat the entire
pot of this, in fact I would encourage it.. . I prefer to blend it in the food
processor when I am dieting so it's a little different from my summer Gazpachoand drink it out of a glass it tastes
like a V8 on steroids..The tomato based both is great for rehydrating and once
again helps top flush toxins out. Now typically you would have this in the
summer but I swear this will help get that extra weight right off.  Now on
the thirs day try to mix it up with a egg white and veggie omlet for
breakfast, fruit to snack on through out the day  ,some homemade  tuna
or chicken salad for lunch, and some broiled chicken or fish for dinner along
with unlimited “Skinny Spanish Gazpacho” to keep you full and
sastified..(Repeat the the third day until your down to the pre-holiday binge
weight) So here is my recipe for “ Skinny Spanish Gazpacho Soup”.
