Naumkeag Ordinary and YMCA Granting Christmas Wishes

Naumkeag Ordinary and the Salem YMCA are teaming up to host a toy drive this holiday season.

The Naumkeag Ordinary and the Salem YMCA are teaming up this Christmas season in the hopes of granting the holiday wishes of local children.

The YMCA recently provided the Washington Street restaurant with a list of toys and clothing for local underprivileged children and cards displaying each child's age, gender, and what they would like for Christmas have been attached to a Giving Tree (seen above).

The idea is that patrons to the restaurant can take the cards from the tree and return with a new, unwrapped gift that will then be delivered to the Salem YMCA on Dec. 22nd.

Mud Puddle Toys has generously offered a 15% discount of purchases for the toy drive and the restaurant's bartender, Justin D'Alessandro, will be donating 100% of his tips on Thursday Dec. 19 to the YMCA.
