Martial Arts Classes Over Generic Gym Routine Any Day

Martial Arts training is a significantly more effective fitness program than the generic gym routine.  Who wants to sit on a treadmill for hours when you can get the same cardio workout from a martial arts class like Brazilian JiuJitsu, Thai kickboxing, or Krav Maga?  These self defense methods create a full mind and body workout.
