Salem Rams Documentation clinic

Please be sure to attend to complete the registration process for your cheerleader or football player. There are three checks that need to be passed in along with your child's report card and medical release form. Any additional paperwork that is missing can be brought to this clinic as well. Full requirements for registration can be found on the salem rams website, under documents- registration clinic and documentation clinic files. New registrations are welcome to attend and register for the 2014-2015 season.
