As increasing numbers of Millennials enter the workplace, they wonder how far they can go. Raised to study hard and follow their dreams, they feel overwhelmed by choices, student loan debt, and what they perceive as an outdated workplace structure and sweeping stereotypes about their generation. This workshop, by the author of You Raised Us – Now Work With Us: Millennials, Career Success and Building Strong Workplace Teams, can help Millennials, Baby Boomers and GenXers respond to the opportunities that Millennials bring by offering practical recommendations for effective leadership and team development.
